We are an education center devoted to hands on teaching of bicycle maintenance and repair, safe riding, cycling laws, and other esoteric bicycle knowledge.
We are a non-profit bike shop that provides affordable used bikes and parts, low-cost repairs, and repair/ maintenance workshops.
We are a community recycling project that collects used bikes and bike parts from donors and turns them into functional modes of transportation for people in Tempe. We also explore other modes of re-use for scrapped bike materials.
We have a library of books and sweet MTB VHS tapes available for checkout.
If you’re itching to get some bikes and parts off your hands during our brief shop hiatus, come visit all your favorite Saviours at REI in Tempe for their bike donation drive. We’ll be there from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. with tax donation receipts and smiles, ready to take your bike stuff to turn it into usable forms of transportation.

Since Sunday will be our last open shop day in the old location, we ask that you buy your project bike off the rack by then or they will be put out as fair game in the new shop.
We’re sorry if this complicates the bike building process for you and we hope you’ll bear with us through the technical difficulties of moving. Our goal is to make moving simpler for us so hopefully you all understand!

Hi Saviours!
We just found out that it’s time for Bike Saviours to find a new home by April 5. We’re excited to change it up and start fresh, but it will be a lot of work. Since we’ll need time to prep everything and find a place, the shop will be closed March 25 onward with as short of a hiatus as possible. Unfortunately, this also means that Art Night is on hiatus until we can figure everything out with our new space. What we’d like from you is-
1) Tell us what you’d like the new shop to be like– i.e. where it is, what’s there, etc.
2) Let us know if you know of any great spaces or nice realtors that we can move into. We’re all looking, but if you know of any retail/warehouse spaces with about 1000 sq feet around public transit hubs in Tempe that is relatively inexpensive please tell us!
We can also offer any landlord a tax deduction receipt for rent breaks.
3) Help us move! We’ll be moving the weekend before our lease is up, which is March 30 and 31. Free beer and hugs and smiles for all helpers!
